Replacing spreadsheet chaos with a unified platform
Insurance brokers were managing client portfolios across multiple carrier portals, spreadsheets, and email threads. Comparing plans meant manually pulling data from 5+ carrier websites and assembling side-by-side comparisons in Excel.
ChampPlan needed a single dashboard where brokers could manage their entire book of business — quoting, comparison, enrollment, and renewals — with real-time data from all major carriers.
02 — The Solution
All-in-one broker dashboard with multi-carrier integration
We built a Next.js application with TypeScript and PostgreSQL that aggregates plan data from major insurance carriers into a unified interface. Brokers can search, filter, and compare plans side-by-side with real-time pricing.
The platform includes client management, automated renewal tracking, proposal generation with branded PDFs, and a quoting engine that pulls live rates. Tailwind CSS enabled rapid iteration on a polished, responsive UI.
