We rebuilt the core pricing and inventory engine with a React frontend and Node.js microservices backed by MongoDB, processing real-time market data to dynamically adjust device valuations.
Stripe integration streamlined payments with instant payouts, while GCP infrastructure provided the scalability needed for seasonal traffic spikes. The new checkout flow reduced steps from 7 to 3.
