Mirra needed to bridge the gap between meditation sessions and real-life emotional wellbeing — making the practice feel personal, progress tangible, and reflection effortless through intelligent prompts tailored to each user's patterns.

02 — The Solution

AI-powered mindfulness that adapts to you

We built a React Native app with an OpenAI-powered reflection engine. After each mood check-in, the system generates personalized journaling prompts based on emotional patterns, time of day, and recent entries — making every session feel uniquely relevant.

Guided meditations adapt duration and theme to current mood state. A Node.js backend with PostgreSQL tracks longitudinal mood data, enabling weekly insight reports that show users the concrete impact of their practice.
