We redesigned the store around occasions and age groups, with editorially curated collection pages that feel like a gift guide. A step-by-step gift builder lets shoppers choose items, add engraving or name stamps, select gift wrapping, and include a handwritten-style message card.
The personalization engine shows real-time previews of engraved items. Stamped.io powers photo reviews that double as social proof galleries. Gorgias provides customer support with order context for gift-related inquiries like rush shipping and custom requests.
