01 — The Challenge
Selling a new category that needs education, not just a cart
Vitamin-infused coffee is a category that most shoppers haven't encountered. Vitacup's existing store treated their products like regular coffee pods — missing the opportunity to educate buyers on the health benefits and drive them toward the right product for their goals.
They needed a store that bridges education and commerce — helping visitors understand why vitamin-infused coffee matters, guiding them to the right blend, and converting first-time buyers into loyal subscribers.
02 — The Solution
Education-first shopping with personalized recommendations
We rebuilt the Shopify store with a health-goal quiz as the primary entry point. Visitors answer questions about energy, focus, immunity, and beauty goals, then receive curated product recommendations with explanations of which vitamins address each need.
Product pages feature rich ingredient breakdowns, brewing guides, and benefit comparisons. Recharge powers subscription management with a customer portal for flavor swaps and skip controls. A Yotpo loyalty program rewards repeat purchases and referrals.
